Doxi expands and brings the power of technology solutions to the United States

There is a common factor, almost exclusive, that is seen in every agency, company or startup that grows: they all bet on the power of good ideas and technological developments.

Doxi, a digital agency focused on software development and user experience, precisely manifests in its company values the belief in the power of ideas. Always welcoming them and, above all, making them a reality with technology.

This allowed the agency to have a partnership with the American technology company Lulo IT, in order to expand its operations to the North American country.

Gonzalo Andrade and Andrea Rodríguez, CEOs of Doxi and Lulo IT respectively, are responsible for this significant and “cool” alliance (value with which they define themselves). We spoke with them to learn more about the growth potential that comes with this new association.

A portfolio that thinks of the client as a whole

Expansions are not easy: the uncertainty of new markets, physical limitations (decreasing, but still existing) and other factors, can slow down many processes. But when Doxi and Lulo IT began their association they did not focus on details, but on the ability to provide new opportunities.

Andrea highlights that the great benefit of this alliance is precisely the opportunity to expand the portfolio of services for their customers:

She acknowledges that with the help of Gonzalo and Doxi they have been able to increase the percentage of proposals that include this service, in addition to improving the quality of deliverables to their current clients, and they do not doubt that this will also be projected in future clients. Creating -in Andrea’s words- a single point of contact with them, to provide solutions to any of their needs.

From #hashtag to concrete actions

The great message of the entire pandemic was to Stay at home, said in different ways and in different media (including through hashtags), the aim was to raise public awareness. But Doxi wanted to go further. It was not enough for them to say, they wanted to really help, and in a concrete way.

«(…) We developed a web application called quedateencasa.app, which allowed everyone in the country to offer their services quick and easily.»

Several media outlets realized the need to highlight this great work of Doxi. This is how free press was generated in El Universo, Expreso and TC that made known to their audiences all the benefits that QuedateencasaApp could give to Ecuadorians. If you want to know more about the app, you can do it here.

You can be cool and professional

When we asked Andrea why Lulo IT opted for an Ecuadorian development company, she did not hesitate to praise the good work that Doxi and Gonzalo had been doing.

But being a professional in Gonzalo’s eyes has nothing to do with an image of something boring. Doxi aims to make technology available to all its customers. For this, it is committed to a simple, direct and cool language.

This alliance really fills both parties with enthusiasm, and in particular Gonzalo, who considers that the US market is very competitive and offers new goals that are sufficiently challenging for Doxi to continue growing.

If they continue to bet on the power of ideas and great technological solutions, there is no doubt that no challenge will be too great for them.
